After a superyacht sinks, seven survivors from vastly different backgrounds are stranded on a deserted island. Erik Walker, a former NATO Special Forces combat medic, rescues Vera Kaminsky, the editor-in-chief of Pioneer fashion magazine, and her assistant Nora West - only to be cast out of camp by the arrogant Vera Kaminsky on the grounds of "safety." Seeing through to Nora's kind nature, Erik chooses to leave with her. Relying on his hardcore survival skills, Erik establishes a base in a limestone cave: making fire, purifying water, foraging for herbs, and hunting wild game. As a typhoon approaches, he takes in Vera and the others, who come to apologize. Through the extreme weather and the subsequent attacks of wild beasts, Erik demonstrates absolute leadership and combat prowess. He leads the six women through wilderness survival, teaching them survival skills and teamwork, and ultimately secures everyone's rescue through negotiations with the crew of an illegal fishing vessel.
